| (In Lesón. 2km far from the urban centre, passing by the shrine of A Virxe do Monte). This temple is annexed to the parish church of Santiago do Deán. The first written records about the existence of a temple in the parish of Lesón were found in the "Relación de Tructino", a document of the year 814 that stands as a unique probe of its age. The well-known historic episode is the consecration of the romanesque church by the archbishop of Compostela Diego Xelmírez in the 12th century.
